Alvarado Helping Hands for Jesus began in 1997 as a collaborative effort among a small group of local churches who shared a common vision: to come together in unity and serve the needs of the community more effectively. What started as a humble partnership has grown steadily over the years, expanding both in reach and impact as the needs around us have grown.

Today, Alvarado Helping Hands for Jesus is supported by a wide network of local churches, businesses, civic organizations, and generous individuals who believe in the power of compassion and service. We are a volunteer-driven ministry, sustained by a dedicated core of faithful volunteers and strengthened by the involvement of local schools, clubs, and community service participants. Together, we work hand-in-hand to extend practical help, hope, and the love of Jesus to those we serve.
